SHRIMP SATAY
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of medium-sized shrimps
- 5 onion
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1 lime

Steps:
- Boil the shrimp. When they are done, take them out of the pan and let them cool.
- Peel the skin and remove the head, legs, and tail.
- Peel and slice the onion.
- Mix the onion, soy sauce, and lime juice with shrimp.
Add salt and pepper.
- Put shrimps on skewers and barbecue for a little while.
Serve hot.
